A well-established Olathe company has an immediate need for a Payroll Specialist. Great work / life balance!
Responsibilities will include:
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees weekly
- Update reimbursable commissions
- Enter new hires and make any changes as needed
- Assist with entry of accounts payable
- Any other needs as assigned by the manager
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience
- Experience with Paychex, Paycor, Paycom or similar payroll processing service
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Office
